What are the delivery times?

We prepare and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. After that, La Poste generally takes 2 to 5 days for France. For international orders, allow between 4 and 15 business days depending on the destination.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.

Can jewelry go underwater?

The chains and clasps are made of stainless steel, a material resistant to water and everyday life. However, the charms (made of zinc alloy) are more sensitive to humidity. To keep your jewelry beautiful for a long time, we recommend removing it before showering or swimming. Find all our advice on the Care page 💘

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each piece of jewelry is carefully slipped into a small pink satin pouch, accompanied by stickers. If you are ordering as a gift, you can add a little note in the comments of your order and I will be happy to add it 💌
